Col. 1:1-4:18 (KJV) Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,

[2] To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

[3] We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,

[4] Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,

[5] For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;

[6] Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

[7] As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;

[8] Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.

[9] For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

[10] That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

[11] Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

[12] Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

[13] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

[14] In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

[15] Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

[16] For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

[17] And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

[18] And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

[19] For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

[20] And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

[21] And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled:

[22] In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

[23] If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

[24] Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:

[25] Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;

[26] Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:

[27] To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

[28] Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

[29] Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

[2:1] For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

[2] That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

[3] In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

[4] And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

[5] For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

[6] As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

[7] Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

[8] Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

[9] For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

[10] And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

[11] In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

[12] Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

[13] And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

[14] Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

[15] And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

[16] Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

[17] Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

[18] Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

[19] And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

[20] Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

[21] (Touch not; taste not; handle not;

[22] Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

[23] Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

[3:1] If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

[2] Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

[3] For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

[4] When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

[5] Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

[6] For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

[7] In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

[8] But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

[9] Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

[10] And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

[11] Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.

[12] Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

[13] Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

[14] And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

[15] And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

[16] Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

[17] And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

[18] Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

[19] Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.

[20] Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.

[21] Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.

[22] Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:

[23] And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

[24] Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

[25] But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

[4:1] Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

[2] Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

[3] Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:

[4] That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

[5] Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

[6] Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

[7] All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:

[8] Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;

[9] With Onesimus,»{Strong's Help Onesimos, Greek 3682, Strong's Onesimos, on-ay'-sim-os; from Greek 3685 (oninemi); profitable; Onesimus, a Christian :- Onesimus.}, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.

[10] Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister's son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)

[11] And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellow workers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.

[12] Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

[13] For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.

[14] Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.

[15] Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.

[16] And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.

[17] And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.

[18] The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen.

John 7:37-38 (KJV) In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

[38] He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

John 7:39 (KJV) (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

Acts 25:11 (KJV) For if I be an offender, or have committed any thing worthy of death, I refuse not to die: but if there be none of these things whereof these accuse me, no man may deliver me unto them. I appeal unto Caesar.

A child of God, living in this world, stands in accusation of many things that, no doubt, he or she is guilty of; Also he, or, she stands accused of things that he, or, she is not guilty of.

Paul stood accused of loving God enough that he was willing to be spent for the Gospel’s sake.

After he had spent his efforts toward furthering himself to be approved of by the flesh, and, wanted to be accepted by his familiars, he only found that, what Gamaliel had taught him in one school of Tarsus:

Paul found that the more he love, the more he was hated; 2 Corinthians 12:11-15 I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing. Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds. For what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except it be that I myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong. Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children. And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.

Acts 22:3 (KJV) I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.

Paul believe what he was doing was the right thing to do, just as many that have this; Unwise Zeal, they believe they are right in their own eyes; Proverbs 14:10-14 The heart knoweth his own bitterness; and a stranger doth not intermeddle with his joy. The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish. There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the ends thereof are the ways of death. Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness. The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.

We can see from this, this above passage, that one can possess all things, speaking about wealth, along with wisdom, and, with this, we can completely be in the wrong as far is what god wants us to be.

Paul had, as we can see in this passage, a zeal for God. His zeal for God in his own eyes was a very wise and dedicated effort on his part. He went about faithfully doing what he thought to be the right thing.

Romans 10:2 (KJV) For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.

Paul, being a Jew and a Pharisee, by the deeds of the Law, went forth, and, without contradiction, became the most energetic disciple that Satan had at that time.

To all those who followed in the paths of righteousness; Paul was a threat to the office of God. Paul persecuted to the fullness of the Law.

Satan had chosen a man in this fleshly tabernacle, and, made out of that man a true disciple that, at that time, according to the flesh, no one could doubt that he had the answers to what Satan had instituted.

Satan, through this messenger of Satan, this messenger that he spoke, and, wrote about; [2 Corinthians 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.] had convinced Saul himself that this was the choicest of all, that had represented God the Father above.

Today Satan has took what God has put into existence, and, corrupted it to the level that those who are dull of hearing, and, have eyes to see cannot see God.

The only thing most people today see is; that of the outward man. Most can only see the ways of mankind excelling to the point, that the flesh has exalted itself to look like the very existence of God.

This is what the prophet wrote under the anointing of God:

Isaiah 14:13-

14 (KJV) For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

[14] I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Satan had been given the greatest honor among the Angles that God had created:

Ezekiel 27:1-28:2 (KJV) The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,

[2] Now, thou son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus;

[3] And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord God; O Tyrus, thou hast said, I am of perfect beauty.

[4] Thy borders are in the midst of the seas, thy builders have perfected thy beauty.

[5] They have made all thy ship boards of fir trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for thee.

[6] Of the oaks of Bashan have they made thine oars; the company of the Ashurites have made thy benches of ivory, brought out of the isles of Chittim.

[7] Fine linen with broidered work from Egypt was that which thou spreadest forth to be thy sail; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was that which covered thee.

[8] The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were thy mariners: thy wise men, O Tyrus, that were in thee, were thy pilots.

[9] The ancients of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee thy calkers: all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee to occupy thy merchandise.

[10] They of Persia and of Lud and of Phut were in thine army, thy men of war: they hanged the shield and helmet in thee; they set forth thy comeliness.

[11] The men of Arvad with thine army were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadims were in thy towers: they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they have made thy beauty perfect.

[12] Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in thy fairs.

[13] Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in thy market.

[14] They of the house of Togarmah traded in thy fairs with horses and horsemen and mules.

[15] The men of Dedan were thy merchants; many isles were the merchandise of thine hand: they brought thee for a present horns of ivory and ebony.

[16] Syria was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of thy making: they occupied in thy fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and agate.

[17] Judah, and the land of Israel, they were thy merchants: they traded in thy market wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, and honey, and oil, and balm.

[18] Damascus was thy merchant in the multitude of the wares of thy making, for the multitude of all riches; in the wine of Helbon, and white wool.

[19] Dan also and Javan going to and fro occupied in thy fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in thy market.

[20] Dedan was thy merchant in precious clothes for chariots.

[21] Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they thy merchants.

[22] The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy merchants: they occupied in thy fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.

[23] Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad, were thy merchants.

[24] These were thy merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among thy merchandise.

[25] The ships of Tarshish did sing of thee in thy market: and thou wast replenished, and made very glorious in the midst of the seas.

[26] Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters: the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.

[27] Thy riches, and thy fairs, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy calkers, and the occupiers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, and in all thy company which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of thy ruin.

[28] The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.

[29] And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land;

[30] And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:

[31] And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.

[32] And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?

[33] When thy wares went forth out of the seas, thou filledst many people; thou didst enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise.

[34] In the time when thou shalt be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the midst of thee shall fall.

Jesus, on the cross, did just what was written here by the prophet. Jesus defeated Satan on the cross.

Had not Jesus come and gave himself a ransom for sin, this prophecy would have been fulfilled at this time.

Jesus came in the fullness of time:

Galatians 4:4 (KJV) But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

Christ came at the time that the curse of mankind was at the end. Jesus stood between the judgment of the Father. He was the mercy that pushed back judgment.

[35] All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.

(Luke 10:18 (KJV) And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.)

(Rev. 12:12 (KJV) Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.)

[36] The merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt be any more.

[28:1] The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,

How has the word of the Lord come to you? With what credentials did it come with? What college did it graduate from? Yale, Harvard?

Did it come from a religious institution?

 When Peter said to Jesus:

Mark 9:5 (KJV) And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.

Peter did not know what he was saying.

Peter like most of us, being there when God was arranging for the defeat of Satan; began to give his opinion, and, by doing so he caused this meeting to come to a close.

To many times when we receive from God some message; we too get ahead of God, and, cause God’s Spirit to be hindered.

Here was the one that God had given the Law to; the one who was a Judgment Prophet, and, the very God the Father incarnate in the flesh; talking over the destiny of all the human race, and, what the plans that were to be initiated, then after the meeting, there came a voice from Heaven saying;

Matthew 17:5 (KJV) While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

2 Peter 1:17 (KJV) For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Later, after Peter Heard That Voice, He wrote these words; warning those who will hear the Voice of the Holy Ghost, and, who will listen.

He gave us some real assurance, and, also he gave to us some strong warnings "if we will not Hear The Voice of God".

Adam and Eve Heard a Voice, and, that Voice was the Lord walking in the Cool of the day in the Garden.

Adam and Eve also heard another Voice there in the Garden of God.

That Voice was not the Lord God.

That voice; wanted to ascend up to the highest to be like God.

When Satan took Jesus up into an exceeding High Mountain; Satan wanted to take that of God; who was made lower than the Angles; wanted Jesus to bow down to him.

This, when we look at the physical and the spiritual, we need to realize that this, even though says that Satan took him up into this high mountain, this could have been one of those Pharisee's, or some ruler that was motivated, one that had made an agreement with hell, he, and, I firmly believe the latter to be the case, was Just as Judas, who; "was a devil"

Simply putting it; I believe it was a man so high stature, and, as I have said in my writings, this spirit of darkness, it is able to take on the flesh; 2 Corinthians 11:12-16 But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. I say again, Let no man think me a fool; if otherwise, yet as a fool receive me, that I may boast myself a little.

Just as Jesus was a Mystery that had been hidden from the foundations of the world, this mystery of iniquity that doeth already work, is at work, and, it was at work in this Man that took Jesus up into a High Office, where all the decisions are made that are made concerning world affairs;

Some of you have a hard time seeing this, as it is seen to those that hath wisdom; Revelation 17:7-11 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

Now, if you need further evidence that this is a Man, a man that is an Incarnate of Satan, these words will, maybe, will enlighten you;

Ecclesiastes 6:10 That which hath been is named already, and it is known that it is man: neither may he contend with him that is mightier than he.

Psalm 8:5 (KJV) For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

He bargained with the Son of God. He took him to the Highest position that Satan could offer and told Jesus:

Matthew 4:9 (KJV) And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

Satan had tried this on several occasions in the past and no doubt had accomplished some of his missions on those who, were not committed to God entirely.

There were three Hebrew children whom God had chosen to fall prey to his devices. These three Hebrew children would not bow to his devices:

Daniel 3:16-18 (KJV) Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.

[17] If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

[18] But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Yes like the three Hebrew children; Jesus himself was taken up to an High mountain, and, promised many things including the world.

This was the creator of the very world that Satan had laid claim to; standing in Satan’s presence, and, knowing that he was the very God that had created him; yet he had the gall to stand there, and, try to convince Jesus; that he was the God of the world.

I can imagine some of the things that he had promised.

I will give you a set of credentials that when you speak, all men will give ear, and, they will follow after you.

The only thing is that you must comply with; is to restore to me the Position that I once had.

I will give back to you the one third of Angels that I took from you.

Now what do you think about that?

Can you imagine the stupidity of Satan?

Well, just stop a moment; think of the stupidity that we; fall into that category.

Today as we too hear the voice of God walking in our mist, and, then to think that we can shake our fist in the face of God, and, refuse to hear his Voice.

Those that walk after the spirit; not after the flesh.

 This voice being the Holy Ghost, this voice that speaks to us every day, that is the very incarnate of god, that which Thomas doubted until he looked at that body that had flesh; as he saw him.

Luke 24:36-43 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? And why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet. And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them.
